How long can I use my washes?
All washes in your package are valid for 12 months from the day you buy it.
Can I use one subscription for more than one car?
Yes. You can share your washes across your own cars.
What extra perks do the bigger packages get?
The 20, 30 and 50 wash packages get free pickup and delivery whenever you book any showroom service during your subscription. The 50 wash package also gets one free detailing.
Can I give my washes to someone else?
No, a subscription can’t be transferred to another person. To treat someone, send them a Gift a Wash instead.
Can I exchange unused washes for cash?
No, unused washes can’t be exchanged for cash.
What does each wash include?
An exterior foam wash, interior vacuum and wipe, and rim clean with tyre shine.
Do you need water or electricity?
No. We bring our own water and power. We just need your keys.
